No hair is on hand unless it is available in the “Ready to Ship/Pick Up” section. Any item ordered from the “Ready to Ship/Pick Up” section will receive a tracking number in 1-2 business days. Please allow 24-48 hours for shipping activity to update.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Also, we are not responsible for delayed packages due to holidays, natural disasters/inclement weather, or carrier delays. It is strongly recommended that you order far in advance should you have any special occasions coming up to prevent unwanted delays.
Billing and shipping address MUST be identical.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is always 2-3 BUSINESS days by USPS. All orders require a signature.
PROCESSING
Processing for regular orders can take anywhere between 1-10 BUSINESS days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays (orders placed on Friday are processed on Monday).
